| Is the Yahoo Directory listing worth the $300 annual fee? I'm thinking that it would help boost my site in the search engine rankings, but I was curious to hear experiences and thoughts from others. |

Yahoo! charges to review business listings. That does not guarantee the site will be listed.
Put that money into building your site with good content, getting it listed in other directories, promoting for incoming links and Yahoo! will pick it up. I have used this method with several sites to get listed at, or near the top of the Yahoo! search results without paying them. |
