Hi all,
I agree with Kelly in that setting up an ebook for sale online is super simple. I also write in Word and then convert to PDF using Adobe Acrobat which gives you the best result with Tables of Content, bookmarks, etc.
I've had covers designed by Vaughn Davidson and Ovi Dogar.
