I am finally getting better organized and more focused on progress. I wanted to share how I am going about it

I really like google for this (Got this tip from Rosalind's Book)

I use gmail to receive all my emails
My website email
My personal email
My affiliate (business) account emails

I use google docs to keep my documents online.
Spreadsheets, word documents, etc although this is a secured site, I enter password hints and not the actual passwords to my affiliate accounts and I password-protect the actual documents if it is too sensitive.
(In theory you should be able to just send an email to your docs account (they provide you with an special email address) and the email becomes a document on your site. I say in theory because it is not working for me, I need to troubleshoot.
But I think it is great, I can send emails with ideas that pop on my head or tasks I need to remember to do and they should become an entry on my google docs)

I use google calendar to schedule the tasks I will complete the next day. I select 1-2 critical tasks I MUST COMPLETE, if I can do more, fine, but at least the scheduled tasks I must complete that day.

Any other ideas are welcome!
Forgot to mention, these google services are free!!

This is a great idea.

The group I am webmaster for uses the gmail app for websites, so we have most of the same functions and use them on an hourly basis.

For my personal business I do much the same.

To expand on what newmom is saying, one of the things I have always taught is a hub system, and the major part of that is one central email address for all your online business email.

I create an email address at each new domain I have and then forward that address to my gmail account. It saves a lot of time and keeps me from missing emails I need to get.

When a reply is necessary I have the choice of creating an email alias that is the same as an individual domain name and sending that without ever leaving my gmail account.

Not having to jump around among email accounts or wait for pop retrieval is a great time saver.

I have accounts at Hotmail and Yahoo as well, but due to their dismal performance in correctly diagnosing SPAM, I can't recommend them at all.
