Hi Folks,

I am currently creating my affiliate site and needed some advice an a wee question which has popped up.

On my site i will be selling software/hardware etc for a specific area in the market and was wondering if i should create web pages for all 3 markets.

So when people come to my domain they will see on the front page, USA/Canada, Europe, UK. When they goto these pages they will offer the same products but when they click on the adverts the shops will be in their part of the world hence offering quicker shipping and details in their own curreny.

It sounds onvious to me that this should be the case but i thought i would ask you guys your advice anyhoo !!

thanks

Mark

IMO, as those markets can pretty much understand English, I would just provide a clearly labeled option for the visitor to select which currency they prefer to use and set your site up to have the prices show in their currency of choice.

Hi Griff,

Thanks for your reply.

My concern wasnt so much the language or currency. I am more worried that if Jo Blogs from Florida wants to buy product X from my site, he clicks on it and the affiliate link takes him to a store in the UK.

He will then need to deal with very expensive shipping costs, shipping time scales etc.

Same goes for Uk buyers and European buyers, Should i have a seperate store for those people in their own countries or at least geographical location.

thanks

Mark

Yes, you should definitely do that. Sorry I didn't grasp the gist of your initial question right off.
