Hello Leonard, and Welcome to the forum!
If your host provides cPanel, you should have some statistics programs available through them. I use Hostmonster and my cPanel provides two programs; Awstats and Webalizer, both of which I find very useful.
In addition to them, I use Google Analytics (free), which I also highly recommend. You can learn more about Google Analytics here:
http://www.google.com/analytics/features.html
and sign up for it for free here:
https://www.google.com/analytics/home/
By utilizing all three of these stats programs, I get a VERY good picture of how my traffic is flowing, from where it comes and to where it goes.
Also, if your links are affiliate links, most affiliate companies have stats available for those links.
Hope this helps!

Hello Leonard
There are two things you can do to track the click-throughs and form postings. The first is to contact the company to whom the applications are being sent. They will or should have tracking in place to show how many applications are being generated from your website.
Another method is to get a Google account and put a Google Analytics code on the website, including the lead-in page and form confirmation page. That will show you the conversion ratio from visitors to applicants.
As always, track the responses that you get from the AdSense keywords you are using. That will help you minimize cost while maximizing the most effective keywords or phrases. |

| CJ has reporting where you can see all referrals. If an application counts as a referral, each one will be counted and shown in your list inside your CJ dashboard. |
