Hello to all here at netprofitstoday.
I heard Rosalind on a webinar audio with Jason Potash and others
and really thought she was very straight foward and well spoken.
I have been running online businesses for years with traffic from
good quality domains that I have purchased over that time.
These sites do very well and I'm happy about that but my frustration
is finding a market/product that I can make a profit on using PPC.
I have all the research tools I need and I suppose part of the problem is I'm picking highly competitive niches like debt consolidation, credit cards etc.
I still can not find a "sweet spot" in the markets I have chosen to where I can make a ROI. I do send the traffic to one of my sites and never to the affiliate site direct.
Are there any people here that can raise their hand and say that they
making money using PPC ? I think we could use a whole forum dedicated
to the art of PPC but I'm afraid people won't share specifics about success
9 can't say I blame them).
I suppose a smaller private forum on this topic could be valuable where people would share their experiences with PPC.
Anyhow, just had to vent a bit on that one but I'm glad I found this place.. |

Count me in on that. I've made some money with PPC in the past but it's never been consistent.
I'd like to hear more about how others (Ros for example) would set up a PPC campaign
Good idea

I have not yet tried it either, but will in the future. At the moment I'm concentrating on mastering other things. But, I think I understand how it works. Is this right? you would go and bid on a keyword that was in a niche connected to a more popular keyword, and cost much less per click than the popular keyword, in the hope of getting traffic for the popular keyword and selling products based on that keyword. Am I understanding this right? Or is it a matter of driving more traffic to your site, and getting them to click on the more expensive adsense ads?
If I am I have found one already, but I wouldn't share it! It would be nice if other shared how they did this, but obviously - nobody is going to share their keywords.
I should imagine if you would have to do tests - just like in any other advertising and limit your costs on each campaign to test the water. |
