Hi,

I'm a Web developer, but am trying to move away from the "hours for dollars" model into info publishing and affiliate sales. Ultimately, I'd like to be a virtual real estate mogul--buy underperforming niche sites, "rehab" them to make them profitable, then keep or sell them.

I attended a presentation Ros gave and found it well worth the time. As a newbie to affiliate sales, I'm here to listen and learn and occasionally mouth off.

Best of luck finding those sites... aaah... actually you won't need that much luck, there are plenty out there that haven't read the Super Affiliate Handbook yet and therefore don't know what they're doing.
