Pictures for Product Review Site

Hello,

I have developed an affiliate website that gives product reviews on camcorders. I want to include a picture of each camcorder that is reviewed. Does anyone have any advice on finding pictures of camcorders without encountering copyright issues?

Hello Jack

You can check with the camcorder manufacturers for permission to use their images. Another place to find photos is on auction sites like eBay.com, uBid.com or even Overstock.com. Check the auctions for photos you want to use. Often they are photos of the actual product and not copy protected.

Just be sure to scroll through the listings to look for a copyright message. When in doubt, write to the seller and ask permission to use their photos.

Hello Jack,

Are you affiliated with a Commission Junction merchant? If so, they will likely have pictures of all the camcorders they sell within the CJ interface.

Too, look to see whether that merchant offers a datafeed through GoldenCan. That makes it easier to display a multitude of products with pictures right on your site.

hi guys, i am mac.i agree with jim that without getting encountered with the copyright issues,we can get the pictures of camcorders in auction sites.but jim,is it possible to get other kind of pictures rather than camcorders.do reply me.
