I have a couple of fundamental ClickBank questions.

1) Is there ad and article collateral provided by the merchants that you are promoting, or do I write all my own copy from "scratch". I don't have a problem doing this, but I was wondering if I was missing a section on their site that held that type of information.

2) I understand the hoplink concept, and it seems like it is a text-link strategy. The question is whether any of you are using the hoplink on your site through a link associated with a graphic of the product. I am thinking that this might be unacceptable to ClickBank, but I haven't quite found that section yet.

p.s. Wanted to mention that I did perform a search, but I didn't find these issues addressed. I apologize if it is out there. I just couldn't find it.

Some products offer a pre-written sales page, while most that I have seen do not. What I like to do in that case is write a review of the product, stating both good and bad about it, then link to their sales page.

Put the product image or Ebook cover on your site, add it into your sales page or product review and link it using your ClickBank hoplink. Even better is to use a shorter URL link so the hoplink is hidden.
