Hello, can you please point me to the right direction to get started.
This is all very new for me.
I have bluehost and I think they have a service for that, but how do I link it to my page?
Also, how do I add affiliate links on it
I tried sending a regular email to myself, but I see the complete code:
Somehing like:
http://website.com/r/86907/123456l/lettersandnumbers
Any insight is highly appreciated |

Don't think Bluehost offers an optin list service.
You are best to go to a dedicated solution for this.
I've been with Aweber for years. I've never had
a reason to switch, though I did gratefully switch
from one of their competitors.
Aweber or any list service will generate the code you
need to put on your website for the signup process.
I think for anyone to help you'll need to give us the
url of your web site.
Adding affiliate links is easy if you get familiar with
your html editor, they all have help that shows you
how to do all of the tasks you need to learn.

Thank you for the input, I will visit aweber (you should affiliate to them )
My site is wisecovery.com, but my problem is not with links there, my problem is how to send targeted email with affiliate links on them.
I have a few friends that might buy Wordtracker services (I am affiliated) and I just want to send them the link directly.
Same with Rosalind's book, I want to affiliate and send them MY link so they buy it.
I guess my question really is, how do I send HTML emails from outlook or yahoo, or hotmail, or gmail |

1. Make sure you have the correct affiliate link.
2. Enter it totally, without leaving anything out into your email compose. Copy and paste makes it easier.
3. Your link should be clickable even in a text email. Test this by sending it to yourself. Links generally aren't clickable in the compose window, but are for the recipient.
4. The above will work even in a text email. If you want to hide the actual link or create a text link using rich text, html, or whatever your email program offers, there is usually a hyperlink adding icon (most are an icon of a single chain link) in your email composer. Highlight text you want to link, then add the link, and you're done.
If the link shows as too long (breaks lines) use a service like tinyurl to shorten it. After a while you should learn how to do your own short redirects.
Be warned that not everyone is set up to get html emails....
There are many different email programs, so specific procedures should be in the help section for your email client (program.)
Hope this helps.
