I wanted to make my niche on nutrition, relaxation and healthy diet.
What do you think are speficic pointers I can focus on? Or is healthy nutrition specific enough?
(I don't want to build a mall, you know?  )

Nutrition, relaxation and healthy diet are very broad categories. I would look into more specific markets, such as:
-Nutrition
-- Supplements
--- Types of Supplements
---- Specific Uses
----- Specific Brands
------ Write reviews for multiple brands, giving both positive AND negative views for each so your visitors/customers can make a knowledgeable decision.
Repeat for the other areas. More work, but much more powerful to target your niche.

I was also thinking on writing about nutrition as it relates to specific conditions such as heart and kidney decease.
Yet another option is pregnancy and baby nutrition.
But I think I like your idea better. |

OK
I imagine a page with nutrition information for disease prevention with pages by conditions; weight loss, heart disease, diabetes, etc.
Each one can have a safe supplements section, I can also review and market books needed to properly manage specific conditions.
How about that? |

www.savingdinner.com just started an affiliate program. You could do a bit on how menu planning, shopping lists, and healthy recipes contribute to health and peace of mind.  just a thought.
