I'm trying to create a PPC landing page for high-performance web hosting reviews and would sincerely appreciate your review & comments. Does this page correctly incorporate the necessary elements for a landing page? All comments are very much welcomed and appreciated.

Wow!
VERY nice page.

I'd only have a couple of small things to mention.
Overall, I'd say this page is ready for testing

In your tests, I'd include an upfront reason.
What I mean by that is...

A "story" or "point" to the comparison.
Instead of just listing the prices and other stats.
Look at some of the competition's review sites.
Almost all have short "articles" on the hosts.
It provides a kind of eye candy, much like images.
(I'd test some of those too)

I also noticed you changed the link text from "web" to "info".
Don't try to hide your intent. It appears sneaky.
Instead, I say make it loud!

Have links that say "visit site".
And put them in several places, not just up top.
Especially after a list of strong benefits.

The side by side layout is great.
The overall site design is great.
The related content is close enough.
(Especially where this is a ppc campaign.)

I say you are really close.
But I also say it's time to evaluate your competition a bit more.
And notice the specifics of how they are doing it.
