The vendor's name is Houa Yang. He's owed me commissions since June and won't respond to emails. Paydotcom is doing nothing, despite what they say in the FAQ about having a place to report vendors who don't pay.
Due to this lack of support I'm no longer going to use Paydotcom. |

He said he'd made some bad business decisions and would pay as soon as soon as he could. |
