I received the Oct 8 note indicating the SAH update. I was out of the country and only recently tried to access the update. Each time I'm advised "username or password incorrect".
Please advise. |

Normally, I'd say just go to the support desk,
but it seems to be out of commission right now

And I've enquired 2x with the support desk which doesn't seem to be working.
How do we access the SAH update?

Unless I'm mistaken, it seems that the link provided is only for those who purchase (or purchased) through that link - not for those who purchased SAH elsewhere, such as through Clickbank.
Any idea when the support desk will be up and running so we can send a ticket to Joel?

Sorry all.
My pc took the holiday off too
I wrote Joel about this issue,
and about the support desk.
I'm sure that was accidental.
Perhaps caused when they upgraded the site.
Joel is probably enjoying a Thanksgiving weekend,
but I'm sure he will get on this asap this week.
I'll keep watch on this thread.
