Greetings Everyone,

It is great to be here.

I always look forward to making new friends, and I’m looking forward to making some here too.

I have been online now for over three years. I’m founder and webmaster of FirstForIncome.

I also Admin my own Free to post ads Forum.

I recently undertook the opportunity to promote Rosalind’s Affiliate Handbook The Super Affiliate Handbook and The Affiliate Business Blueprint.

I have been reading the emails and thought where better to gain additional knowledge and insights into these products than here.

I'd like to think that I have built up a fairly varied knowledge on Internet Marketing, Systems already, but I wanted this to be something special for me in terms of results as I quite like the way it is all put together, which leads me to believe that if I feel that then so should many others.

Thank you for the warm and friendly welcome...

No but seriously I don't bite and I am here solely for the task in hand. I currently have a massive marketing campaign on the go in promoting Rosalinds Super Affiliate Handbook.

Kind Regards

You're welcome!

No, really - Welcome to the forum! Very Happy

Please don't be put off by not getting an immediate response (as of this post at least 39 people have said hello simply by viewing your post). As you will see as your peruse this forum, it isn't as "chatty" as many others.

However, the folks here are indeed very friendly (if not quick to post "Hi" to a new member), will try to answer any questions you may ask, and will celebrate your successes with you.

It is a fairly "meat & potatoes" forum, which is a large part of it's appeal to me personally. There's a lot of good information on this board made easier to find without having to sift through stuff like the "chatty" forums.

With 3 years of experience behind you and some ventures already going, I'm sure you will be a valuable resource. I know there are many others here who can and will reciprocate.

Are you building specific campaigns for SAH and ABB, using your other ventures to promote them or both (ref: your massive marketing campaign)?

I hope it will take off like you plan!

Again: Welcome to the forum! Let us know if we can help, and let us know how your campaign goes! Cool

Thank you for your kind words and encouragement
Griff, I guess I did kinda jumped the gun a little
there. Smile

In fact I would be keen to hear what has worked well
for others in respect of SAH and ABB, but in answer
to your question.

I tend to predominantly be using free ad forums, but
this is on top of as you rightfully say some of the
additional systems and programs that I have in use.

When I say free ad forums this is of course on a very
large scale not just a few...

I do as you say have some online experience and from
what I can gather am I to presume correctly that
Rosalind bears preference to and has had most
success using PPC promotion systems?

Kind Regards

Myself, I am still learning the nuances of IM, and am going to gain more experience before I make ANY attempts to market IM products. To me, it's so saturated that one must really be on top of one's game to make it work successfully. While I am having mild success with my attempts, I have much to learn. As I am more of a mechanical and physical "hands-on" type, this digital stuff is not coming quickly or easily to me. It's funny, the biggest thing I've learned in the year or so that I've been trying my hand at this is that I HAVE A LOT MORE TO LEARN!Laughing

Sounds like a well-rounded approach to me. If you can utilize one method / campaign to promote a relevant other, so much the better. It's also to your advantage that you are using the diversity of all your methods that apply and not "putting all your eggs in one basket".

I'll cede to Ros as to her promotional systems and preferences. Who could answer that better than she? Rest assured, she will provide her helpful answer at her earliest convenience!

Thanks Griff,

I appreciate your up front attitude and honesty.

I discovered a little window of opportunity today and with any luck it should hopefully prove to be somewhat beneficial, but never being one to count my chickens before they have hatched I'll have to just wait and see.

I don't know if you have heard of the Linkscout Suite, well anyway it is one of the promotional tools that I utilise and within it there are many different variations on creating new members as well as promoting as many different programs as you wish by adding them to your own Linkscout suite.

There is one area within that allows current members of Linkscout to add internally listed and chosen affiliate websites, these in turn are made available to the members of Linkscout. There is a tab on every Linkscout Suite that says Affiliate Programs, this can be clicked on by visitors to the website and they will then be presented with a list of affiliate programs that the individual who is running that suite has chosen from the internal list.

I'm really sorry to draw this out Griff but it is the only way I can think of explaining this so you get the full picture.

Anyway I was looking through the list of affiliate progs available today and believe me it is a very long and extensive list, I happened to notice that The Super Affiliate Handbook was not on the list anywhere...after scratching my head for a few minutes I checked what level of membership was required to submit a website to this selector.

I was quite excited when I discovered I qualified to recommend programs. Obviously what I did next was submit the details for The Super Affiliate Handbook.

There are nearly 100,000 members in Linkscout and once approved they will all have access to select The Super Affiliate Handbook to be listed on their Own Linkscout Suite.

Not only that but then it will be on view to the site visitors in two ways. The first is that The Super Affiliate Handbook is already listed on Linkscout through the ClickBank programs selection and the second is the way I have just discussed.

I'm more happy about the second as this means that I stand a chance of potentially 100,000 Linkscout members coming to Rosalinds website through my link.

Some may buy and some may not but either way I think it was worth the hours work that it took.

Well I just thought I'd share that with you as I was quite excited about it on the inside and had no-one to share it with.

Thanks for reading this Book! (Sorry it was so long)

Kind Regards

Clive Anderson
P.S.
I think Linkscout is the one I have listed in my Squidoo lens that can be seen from my signature file if you wanted to see what I meant for yourself.

Great post, Clive, don't edit out a thing! This is the kind of stuff that helps people, and generates more excitement and desire to persevere!

It also sounds as though you have a ground floor opportunity with SAH in that network. You get the best of both sides of the income on it. It should be well worth the effort that you have put into it. Do you have something in place to capture names & addresses of those who don't buy on their first view (you're obviously going to get them from those who buy)?

I'm not familiar with Linkscout Suite (yet), but I perfectly understand your explanation of it. It (LS) sounds like a pretty nice set up, I'll be checking out your link & their site. (I probably should have gone there first before I posted this, sorry.)

Keep up the good work, it's gonna pay off!

Thanks again Griff,

I'm certain of one thing...it won't have been in vein.

I also intend on searching out other possible
unchartered niches where the SAH has yet to be
introduced.

That is of course as well as my current promotions,
which by the way I have also stepped up as well.

I can't believe you've not heard of Linkscout, Shocked I first
ignored it a few years ago when I didn't know my arm
from my elbow, but when I came across it the second
time I couldn't believe what I had been missing out on.

I mean obviously it is not for everyone, but it is
certainly a fantastic marketing tool to have on
board.

Sorry, gabbling on there...got a bit carried away Very Happy

I'm glad you thought it was a great post and again I
would like to thank you for your wise words of
support.

Kind Regards

Keep expanding that business, Clive! More success is just around the corner.

Do you have a method in place for capturing addresses for non-first-time buyers?

Wow! Sorry Griff,

That sounds a bit patronising doesn't it, darn, I
thought it read back OK. Still I'm sure you know me
enough by now to realise that is not my style. Smile

As for the first part of your statement I'm going to go
with the prowess that your implying towards the SAH.

And in answer to that question my answer has to be
this: The systems I am using does not offer that kind
of facility, other than, and you know what I'm going
to say here Griff...Linkscout, which allows new
sign-ups to subscribe to my own as well as the
Linkscout newsletter.

Bearing in mind that I get on average about 5 -6 new
sign-ups a day to Linkscout that equates to quite a
few people being added to my lists all the time.

Bearing in mind that SAH is not the only venture I
have in my boiling pot at this time, but it is
certainly the most in favour one.

I have various ways and systems that capture leads
as well as different types of promotional system
that they are displayed in, but I think as I've
spoken about before. I predominately tend to use
Free To Post Ads Forums, Traffic Exchanges and then
have a number of different systems around that I
either use daily or whenever I can to enhance my
overall promoting power.

I would like to say that I use every type of system
that there is, but unfortunately there are just not
enough hours in the day for me to effectively
market in that way, so I tend to use the one's that
have stood me in good sted for the time I've been
marketing online and with the knowledge that down
the road when my organisation becomes large enough
I will employ others to help with my promotions.

One BIG tip is that just because a business is based
online it does not mean that online marketers should
limit themselves to purely online promoting. Cool

Lest we forget,,,it is not only people online that buy
and want better things out of life...

I hope this goes some way to answering your initial
question Griff, for me I see no shortcuts with
anything.

Happy Halloween Twisted Evil

Kind Regards

No apology necessary, Clive, I didn't feel patronized at all! I know I'm still learning, and I've literally had insults hurled at me in another forum for my newbishness. I simply refuse to let that stuff rent space in my head. . .and OK, I'm still learning, but there's a LOT of different tools and methods out there. I know that one reason for "failure" is not sticking with something long enough to see the results (good & bad), so while I am investigating Linkscout and a host of other stuff, I am still making sure my foundations are sound and build slowly.

Diversity is certainly a key in building the business and I will diversfy more, but I want to make sure each of the steps I take at least work (then just tweak to improve). I have many irons in the fire but am limiting myself to being able to tend those irons before adding more. I do understand that promoting SAH is not your only venture, and I know that no one has the time to use every system out there!Laughing

Offline marketing definitely holds it's own if done correctly, too, it just costs a little more to do it. I've got a hard drive chock full of stuff I will be trying as my experience and efficiency grow! ONE of my early mistakes was to try to do too much at once and as a result, I wasted a lot of time that could have been used much more productively, but that's all just part of the learning curve. Like you said, there are no shortcuts!

Thanks for the great reply!
