Affiliate Handbook

I have a site on Yahoo and have a good domain for affiliates. I want to put Rosalind's Affiliate Handbook on my Yahoo host site. When I looked at clickbank instructions it said to have two pages one to describe the product and one for a thank you page with my e-mail address in case someone has a techincal question. It also said that I should let the reader know if the web content was PDF or microsoft usable, etc. Are they referring to what I have typed or the Affilate Handbook. How do I know what the Affiliate Handbook is? PDF, wordperfect okay, microsoft okay? I'm not sure. I'm a newbie just learning. What do I need to do to put your Affiliate Handbook on my host site? Also, do I order it from this site or go to clickbank?
