You may remember that I'm trying to improve the appearance of the main site - the one in my sig. I'm c... at design and a bit colour blind too. Rosalind was honest about my bad choice of colours in a previous post.

Anyway, the site hasn't been there too long. It started out as a blogger blog about 18 months ago, but I'm passionate about business and started to expand it.

The trouble is, I've changed the design and I'm still not happy with it. It still doesn't seem to fit with my personality. Plus - I don't think I even like the name anymore. I put the site under my own name, until i could come up with a better one.

Then I bought Success Passcode dot com, because it was the closest thing available to what I wanted. And now, I don't even think I like the domain.

Would be grateful of advice please on the design.
Please be brutal - it will help a lot.

Also on the name - Do I leave it as it is? Switch to the Success Passcode domain? Change the site name but leave the domain the same? Get a completely new domain.

Any advice or opinions would be appreciated please. Don't worry about offending me - I've always been bad at design, and I know I'm never going to be good at it.

Hi Catherine,

Just a few things. I would use your name more for branding purposes. 'Success Passcode' could be your by-line, although it does sound a little clunky? Not sure of the term to describe it, actually.

Too, I'd make your blog your home page. It's looking great. One broken graphic link and perhaps a few too many categories but you're on the right track with it to be sure.

Hope that helps.

Ros
