I don't have an opinion about Blog Submitter Pro software based on firsthand experience, but only on what I've read about the product and what others have had to say about it.

Basically, it's a blog spamming tool which leaves a footprint that Google can track.

Google may/will ban your site for using it if/when they catch you.

I'd assume 'will' and 'when'.

Because I've had such good success using 'white hat' techniques, and seen so many others burned using black hat techniques and software, I'd recommend staying away from tools like Blog Submitter Pro.
