|
|
Hi All,
I am having a bit of trouble deciding on a product to sell. I am told to find something that I have personal interest in, so that I will enjoy finding info and promoting it. Ok, that's fine, but how do I know if there are enough people interested in it to warrant pursuing it? I see other sites dedicated to information on them, and I see sites selling them, but there aren't many. Is this telling me that there is little interest? Is it telling me that there is a need for another site about them? Can someone cut through the smoke, and give me a simple formula for determining if a product is worth trying to sell?
Thanks! |

Hi Mobiiart,
You have to do some researches to really know if there are enough people interested in it.
Go to Goole and type "your niche + forum" and analize the results.
Go to Goole and type "your niche + blog" and do the same
Go to http://groups.google.com and searh for your niche
Go to http://groups.yahoo.com do the same.
Go to http://answers.yahoo.com/ and search
Go to www.43things.com and search for your niche |

Hi there,
Most people use keyword tools to determine how much in demand vs how competitive a niche is. i have a HUGE variety of other tools too that can help you dig for a research niches.
I hope Ros doesn't mind if I post the link here as it's too much info for me to convert to BB code to post here.
Find HOT Niches - Goldmine Link List you NEED to Bookmark
I tried to get a bunch of niche tools all in one post, but there are others scattered in the niche marketing blogs.
The after you think you've found a niche or 2 do some keyword research. A good FREE KW tools is over at SEObook. http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/
Hope this helps and best of luck! |
