You can go ahead and grab a refund for that motivational seminar you were about to attend or all the motivating books and audios you purchased...
Just watch this video once a week and that should get your noodles cooking.
(and this isn't one of those feel-good inspirational flash videos either)

Thanks... the cons of being a new member at this forum.
I just recently learned Rosalind is from my neck of the woods, so I bumped up this forum from somewhere in the 20th spot (which meant I never visited/participated) to within the top 5 (so I get here from time to time).
Glad you liked the video... I was seven different shades of impressed when I watched it. |

Just an update
(note: All of the links below are accessable
from the menu on the Palm's video page.
ie: the one listed above. This post is just for further torture)
If you checked out The Palm's promo video above,
I'm wondering...
Did you look around while you were there?
The company that did this development is fascinating!
(This link is the companies short promo vid.
Their called "Nakheel".
The promo shows more interior detail of The Palm's properties,
and snapshots some of the construction proccess.)
But the point is one of their other projects.
It's called "The World".
If you already saw the video for it,
because you did look around the site,
there is a point you still might have missed...
Just for comparison, a recent local event:
LasVegas, Nevada.
| Quote: |
The New Frontier hotel was sold by Phil Ruffin for $1.2 billion
to El Ad real estate investment group last week.
A $100 million deposit on the real estate
deal was received earlier this week. |
People of all calibers showed up immediately.
| Quote: | Luxury condo buyers at Trump Towers include investors, athletes, celebrities, high-net worth professionals and heads of major companies.
Some of the luxury residences purchased include a $770,000 550 square foot studio, a $1.4 million one bedroom and a $3.9 million two bedroom penthouse. Several Trump Tower I penthouses are in consideration, too |
The point?
Owning your own tropical island in this unique community
starts at about 4.5 million!!
That's NOTHING in today's world!
Compared to life in the US especially, but other places too,
the undeveloped areas of our planet are going for peanuts!
This is actually obtainable!
Being a "millionaire" isn't what it used to be.
It's no longer out of reach for ANYone willing to fight for it.
I got my wife going around the house
saying "It's my island" in a cute little voice.
I have a garage full of aspiring artists
that have a new fire under their butts,
thanks to this, they now have a bigger dream to excite them.
Check out "The World" here.
( I thought some might want more than just the video.
So from this page, just click the "video" icon.
Middle of the screen on the right.)
And, learn about Dubai here.
I have had the audio for this going through my head for DAYS!
It's got me so hooked I can't stand it!
Talk about a business person's dream come true!
All you have to do:
Develop a detailed and defined reason!
Light a fire under your butt!!
Then write it, plan the steps, and take action!
And ME?!
I don't know if I actually plan to buy in Debai,
but I AM going to visit,
and look around when I get there.
So... who knows?!
DREAM BIG!!
Brad.

>> Being a "millionaire" isn't what it used to be.
I completely agree... assuming we are talking about earning in North America AND spending in North America.
Because $1,000,000 USD spent in Mexico or India is still worth a healthy sum.
I'm not sure if this is accurate, but an associate from India said that the average Indian household income (and he clarified that this is certainly not poverty line, just average) would work out to approx $4000 USD per year.
Again, I didn't look into it, but if that's accurate then anyone earning $400,000 USD per year here in North America is making the equivalent of 100 years worth of work that someone in India would do (working for Rupees).
So your $1 million abroad is still a pretty penny.
In fact, it has me thinking. I have my business on autopilot providing a well above average North American income. Another year or two to get it even higher (and even more systemized/outsourced/automated) and I could be living like royalty in other parts of the world... AND enjoying the heat (something that Vancouver, B.C. is MUCH too short on). |
