Since there are free keywords tools including the Overture/Yahoo and the one at Google Adwords, my question is why use Wordtracker? I'm hoping that all those with experience with both the free tools and the paid services of Wordtracker can answer this for me.

| My experience has been that Wordtracker is the best way to do keyword research & analysis. It is faster, cheaper, and better quality than you will get with the free alternatives. Overall, the business case for wordtracker is very strong. |

| I also prefer wordtracker to the free options. You can type in many words or phrases and it will generate loads of alternatives. |

Well, I would love to say that using both of Overture and WordTracker, paid version, gives you an extremely powerful for generating a massive list of niche keywords. WordTracker, paid version, gives you a lot of features and advanced data for your keyword research such as case-sensitive keywords, a number of web pages in search engines, KEI and PPC Bid data.
There are many reasons why paid keyword tools are better than free tools. But don't get me wrong! Those free keyword tools are great tools for you to start generating initially keywords. When you have ideas and a list of niche keywords generated by free tools, the paid keyword tools will play a major role to help you to expand your keyword list.
However, I would love to say that different keyword tools can used to solve different problems. They are developed for their purpose. For example, WordTracker, paid version, is one of the best keyword tools for generating niche keywords whereas Keyword Elite is a great tool for PPC advertiser.
My experiences show that WordTracker, a paid version, is a powerful keyword tool for you to discover niche keywords. With this tool, you can generate over 1,000 related keywords for your market.
My bottom line is to use both of keyword research tools together. With paid version of WordTracker, it gives you more advanced information and features to help you to generate more keywords.
- Use Overture for generating initially keywords.
- Dig down those keywords with WordTracker, paid version.
Hope this help!
Cheers,
