I just now surfed to you post. Very interesting I was compelled to respond because I to desired the lifestyle that being an internet entrepreneur provides. I also have a high level of understanding about the Martial arts.
I do wish you success with you adventure, you can make it big on the net.
There are a few important things that I don’t understand at this point.
At what level is your training in MA?
What do you want to pursue as an income stream on the internet?
It is much like the Martial Arts we want all the benefits that come from our efforts in becoming good at it. As you train you will be able to create a mind set that reflects into each and everything that you do in life.
The important thing to remember is that it is all a process. Your level of success in anything that you do will be measured by the heart and effort that you apply to it.
Keep in mind that you are able to get better faster with good guidance and applied knowledge. Internet marketing had many.. many.. great benefits that are a result of good guidance and our individual applied efforts with heart and commitment.
The masters in Martial arts have traveled and well traveled road and are still traveling a road you never stop learning. We all are able to travel the same road and our results will be different. Again it goes back to the good guidance and our personal efforts.
It is my hope that you will find the success that you are seeking. I also want to help you understand that yes the possibilities are there. It is not an overnight event.
I head an entrepreneur do a talk once and he said that it took him 7 years to become an overnight success. That was pretty funny to me! He also went on to state that every minute was worth it, in fact he felt that he could not put a value on what he has become from his time and effort.
I will be watching this tread in hope that we can open up a conversation and travel a path that is beneficial to us both.
I have had many wonderful success online and offline it is really all about what you are becoming during your journey. Money is not the complete answer however it does open up more door to enjoying our lives at a different level. So you are on the right path!
My final answer is yes you can! And Will! |

my level of training MA is some - was 3 years on and off. havnt trained the past year. Did a course in ppersonal training so I can earn more in less time and train martial arts more. Its tough tho
I realise I have been overthinking. So much I want to do and havn't gotten anywhere from just thinking about it all and not taking action.
For an income stream for the internet I was thinking personal training - people can buy programs online etc.
I realise things are tough to do.
I really just want to jump into martial arts and live it, breathe it, eat it....without having to think about money.
I gotta look at things realisticly tho, I need to pay off debts so I need to focus on creating income - 1stly from personal training.
Wish I could turn back time and be 16 again because I have done so much wrong in the past 10 years and now it feels tougher and more stressful than If I started down the right road then. |

Hey oneeyebrow,
I think I know what you're going through. I was there when I first got into i-business
The only sure way to generate a decent income from the Internet is to pick something you love and persevere at making it pay one way or another.
Matt Furey is definitely a prime example of making personal training pay off but look at any of the top marketers out there - Jim Edwards, Yanik Silver, Ros. They all chose osmething they loved and persevered until they got where they wanted to be.
You sound like you've got the passion for martial arts and the potential energy (which, at the moment honestly sounds a bit like it's being used to fuel desparation but stay positive and you can turn it into determination in no time).
Don't put everything on hold waiting for something to come from your Internet ventures mate, get a job (if you haven't already) you can live with while working online in your spare time.
Even the Great and Powerful Wizard of Ros (think that'll stick? lol) stayed in her hyper-stressful job for two years while she was tweaking and perfecting her first sites.
Like I say, I think I get what you're goin through. The idea of a day job seems so frustrating and pointless when you've been shown the gold paved streets of those already in the rarified atmosphere. All ya wanna do is parctice your passion without having to give up most of your week to a 9-5, right?
Keep the goal in mind and persevere mate. If you've got the drive, direction and dedication then there's zero reason you can't make it just as big as you've been hearing about...
...probably not within a month though.
All the best,
-Mark
p.s. What do you practice? I'm a Black Belt in Go-Ju Ryu karate myself. Bloody amazin for relieving stress! |

Hey oneeyebrow and A Posse Ad Esse,
I have to apologize for the quick post last time I visited.
There are a lot of exciting events happening in life.
Oneeyebrow, A Posse Ad Esse has given some really great input here.
A Posse Ad Esse has shared what we all really need to understand about succeeding in anything we choose to be involved with in life, anything. If it is what we really want in our life it will take a commitment and it doesn’t happen overnight you commitment and dedication will prevail.
My experiences in the MA had taught me that those who act with passion and consistently apply action towards there desired destination will succeed. You must know what you want and move towards that.
As an instructor I have viewed the MA from the other side. I have seen many individuals with talent give up on there training. I have also witnessed many of individuals that started out without natural talents that have become some of the best students and skilled practitioners.
I didn’t start out knowing where I was going, but I did have heart and sometimes blind commitment. As time progressed I developed a vision and exceeded that vision. Our vision changes as we develop more understanding and skills. It will become more vivid and colorful as we continue along our path.
I worked a job while traveling my path. At the time I didn’t know of any other way to continue training, eating, sleeping, and socializing (living everyday life) without that paycheck.
I don’t know of any one that was born into it. To be honest with you the journey is where all the real benefits come from. It is in the process that we become more and get to know who we are. It is where the internal confidence is boosted and comes to life.
So stay on track keep your vision alive. Do what you need to do along the way to allow you to travel your path. Look for the gems of wisdom in your journey this will also fuel you motivation to take action towards you desired goal.
A Posse Ad Esse has shared valuable insight that will assist you. I am in total agreement that Matt Furry is the real deal many of his methods were implemented in our training.
Find the good in all you do and stay on track.
RW
PS The foundation of my MA style is Shito-Ryu. |
