Hi Loubo,
You're 17?!
That's awesome!
And Greece is on my list of places I want to visit.
I bet it's beautiful!
| Quote: | | 1.) Can i get paid from any greek bank, showing my ID and the check? |
Though I'm not sure of the laws in Greece,
you should be able to cash a check with id.
Even if it's an international check,
at the most, they should just have to get it approved.
| Quote: | | 2.) Can i have products from more than 1 merchants at my site? |
Absolutely!
In fact, I recommend it!
Though you don't want you site to be strictly links,
instead, you need to provide a "user experience".
BUT, one thing to be sure of is monetizing every link out.
And sometimes you just can't provide the right products,
(ones that follow the theme of your site)
with just one vendor.
| Quote: | | 3.)Should i tell the audience(visitors) that i am an affialer and i use an affilate program |
The laws are changing, so this might be necessary one day.
But, for now, if you provide a link in a story you write,
or give a straight up "recommend", it shouldn't be a problem.
Your site experience should be the point,
and users will know the links are affiliate links.
If you want to cover your butt just in case,
I would just add a disclaimer, and link to it in the page footer.
| Quote: | | 4.)What else should i write to the FAQ and About Us section? |
I don't think I understand this question fully.
It seems site specific.
FAQ are usually about the site or product,
not about the region you're reaching.
EXCELLENT TO CHAT WITH YOU!!
Hope some of this helps a bit.
Brad.
PS.
The "can't insert a url till you make 15 posts" thing
is to cut down on the spam.
But it's a pain for someone looking for a site review.
Sorry, but it's necessary.
Give us the url to your site like this:
www<SPACE>your-site<SPACE>com
and we can figure it out from there.
K?
I would love to see it.
Chat later! |

Thank you a lot for the specific reply...
Another question is how can i write the price of every product(and should i?,99%)...Because i must not change the html that i took(although i make one change already,i set the link from _top to _blank, to open in a new page,i do not think this is a problem, right)?
As for the 4th question(faq and about us)
I was wandering what excactly to write at the faq, what questions....like Is "the site" safe? - Yes,bla bla...hackers safe, SSL....etc...
and the "about us" page, should i write something specific about me,a mini profile?
cheapmarket 50webs com
AS for the hosting...it's more than 90% sure i will buy a domain name from a greek company for 12-15 euro per year....first i would like to see if i will make any progress....i think 50 webs is the best free hosting.....50MB files...unlimited bandwith
thank u again |

Other than revising the above for clarity, it looks fine! |

How about: . . .isn't stocked in either our or our partner's databases. . .
The only reason I make the suggestion is that for people like me, spelling & grammar count. I have a particular ebook wherein the author goes as far as to say how important the two are, yet the ebook is filled with spelling & grammatical errors. It takes away from the credibility of the author.
Again, it doesn't necessarily mean the information isn't quality and/or relevant, but when I see it on a sales page, it tends to make me hesitate on purchasing a product. To me, with all the spell and grammar checking programs out there, there's little to no excuse for errors. It makes me wonder if they read their own copy, and wonder if they are just slapping stuff on pages to chase the money, or do they really have something valuable to offer.
Didn't mean to get long-winded, just wanted to give you my reason for commenting on that particular line in your copy. This is purely my own personal opinion, others may or may not agree.
Hope it helps, and best of luck with your project! |

Yes, I did check out your site. Very nicely done! I wish I had had as much on the ball at 17.5 as you do! Your future is quite bright indeed! I like your "bargain of the week" concept.
Having viewed your source, I would like to make a suggestion for your "bargain of the week": add specific keywords for that particular bargain to target customers specifically seeking such a system as well as those "general" searchers.
I would also like to suggest something for some of the blank space below your bargain: if you are techno-savvy, maybe you could add a technology related tip of the week. Worthy tips will do wonders for return visitors. Even if the current "bargain" is not what they are looking for, if they find that your tips have merit, it may well draw return visits from those who might otherwise visit once, and not return. Worthy tips will also add to your credibility and professional appearance.
Adding a "bookmark this page" icon will also promote return visits.
To reiterate what was wisely stated by others: make sure EVERY link leaving your page makes YOU money. If you can come up with a budget, get a Google Adwords account and create your own ads that are optimized to your "bargain" and / or "tip" keywords and content. With the right tweaking, YOUR ads will show up on your pages and you can't lose.
A final thought about your slogan beside your header: the word "cheap" nowadays has a negative connotation, i.e. "low quality". You might consider something like: "Selling the best products for the lowest prices on the net!"
Again, these are just my opinions to be noted or discarded as you see fit.
Best wishes on your success! |
