Even tho I know HTML, I was sure it was Ros's recommendation that got me to try xSitePro. Today's blog post recommended several tools, but not that one. I just wondered why Question

I like having the header, footer, left and right all automatically generated for each change. It makes adding new pages a snap and you can easily make your own templates.

It was interesting to hear of people still struggling with HTML cuz it is really easy - even my hubby learned it from MyMinisites net with "A LITTLE HTML GUIDE". You can copy and paste with notepad and learn it yourself. Go ahead; it's free. Very Happy

You are extremely lucky to have such a clever husband.

I have quite a number of "Basic HTML" books that I have been looking at for over a year and still can't type one single line of code.

There is no logic whatsoever to it. It makes no sense. Nobody writes like that.

I've, sadly, given up any hope of ever having a web site and am stuck, for life, with eBay, purely because HTML is totally incomprehensible to anyone with an IQ less than that of Stephen Hawking!

Hey Grumpy Smile

I hate to hear anyone so dejected over HTML.

Please look at it again and I think you'll see that it makes a LOT of sense.

For example, <p> starts a paragraph, and </p> ends a paragraph. Every tag needs an end tag that is just the same tag preceded by a slash - '/'

Besides, you don't really need to know too much HTML if you just start a blog.

Open up a blogger.com account and start playing with that.

When you're ready for your 'sales' or affiliate site, register your own domain for the purpose.

I hope that helps!

Cheers,
Ros
