Hi there,
I am looking for a better method for designing a website with several pages dedicted to different topics.
Which one is better?
Create a different exchange link page for each topic page and then put an individual directorylink to the lexchange inks on the individual pages.
Or is it better to have just one large link page containing all the different keyword links? |

| I'd advise against one big ol' link page because you want all those pages linking internally. |

Having all of your links categorized has several benefits. Your visitors will be able to find what they are looking for easier without having to wade through all the links in which they have no interest.
The search engines will like you better if the links are related to your site and categorized in a logical manner. What the search engines do not like and will drop your listing for, is having a link farm - hundreds or thousands of unrelated links in a single page.
Plus like Dan said, more categories mean more links back to your main page. Internal linking is important to building a site, including links not only to your main page, but to deeper nested pages too. That helps them get listed and found.
Hope that helps
