BANS software

Is anyone using the BANS software? Can it build a store based on an eBay keyword instead of just a category number? I build mini-niche sites rather than niche sites that are specific to an entire eBay category number.

Besides the generation based on a keyword issue, how does it differ from using eBay's Rover builder?

Also, does the software reside on your computer where it generates pages or does it reside on the web server?

If it's on the server, are there any silent callbacks to the BANS site in the script?

Am I required to keep the statement, "Built by BANS" at the bottom of the pages?
