I recently completed a 12 week Diploma in Personal Training covering pretty much everything from weight loss, training for muscle endurance, size, strength, injury assesment and injury rehabilitation.
I am thinking of starting a site mainly on the weight loss part and maybe a seperate site on building muscle
Not sure if I should write an ebook, or make a membership site. what do u think?

A little about myself
I want to learn and do so much in life(don't we all), feel I have had a bad start tho, am 26 and feel I have wasted many years from not knowing what I want.
Now I want so much I am overwhelmed. Hard to decide what's best for myself. If I can generate a good income from the internet by putting in a few hours a day that would be great. I have alot of time right now to put in alot of work to get things going.
Did an IT course ages ago so know basic html.
Is it best just to focus on what you love and then create a product? but again I need to make some good money as am in a bit of debt
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All your ideas and thoughts are much appreciated
ps I have trimmed the unibrow so look much more appealing now |

Hey Oneeyebrow,
I think a site on weight loss and a site on body building are good ideas. They are fairly competitive, however people are always looking for good, sound information, especially coming from someone with a qualified background as your. (Be sure you include your credentials on your site).
I would get started with creating one site first. Take your time, put as much useful information on it as possible. Then start a blog or maybe a forum as well. The information you accumulate on your forum and/or blog will give you lots of good input and ideas for creating your e-book later on. It will also give you some insight as to what people are really looking for.
Building your site first will help get you established as an expert as well. If you can fit it in, publish a newsletter or weekly tips and encourage sign-ups. Also, this email list will be the people you market your e-book to, they'll be the ones most interested.
Good luck, I think you'll do well.

thank you
I have started building a site. I thought to review current products out there now along with having a signup for my newsletter and then bring out my own product somewhere down the line.
Writing my own articles should be easy with my current knowledge.
The hard part for me is reviewing other peoples products. I have one ebook on weight loss and skimmed through the 340 pages. It has good info but just not sure the best way to review it. |

Hi oneeyebrow,
You must keep your attention where you are stronger, if you think you can help people giving information, then begin doing only this, don't try to do different things at the same time, because you'll lose concentration. If you think you are not able to review other peoples products, don't do it and don't promise to do it, because your reputation is very important, if you are beginning and you lose your credibility, you are going to fail, people will never trust you.
First you have to give, give and give and then when people see that you know what you are doing, that you are really helping them, you offer your products.
Go step by step. You aren't in a race, this is your future and you have to build the pillars that are going to support your structure. |

vartov thank you for your guidance.
I will do things step by step as best as I can.
I have just advertised my site and am happy to have two people's emails and although they have yet to confirm, I feel elated about it and want to work on my site to make it better |
