|
|
[b] I have been an affiliate manager for some time and what I have the hardest time with is helping our affiliates stay motivated and offering them timely and consistent new information that will help them attract more traffic so they can sell more of their own products as well as mine.
The consistency is the hardest part. Finding the time to put out relevant and helpful information on a consistent basis is my biggest challenge. Where do some of you other managers find your inspirations and the time for your own newsletters?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Outsourcing
Actually - I'm in the place of needing to do more for my affiliates so I feel ya.
It seems like only a small percentage of your affiliates ever make any effort at all. Those that are motivated come right out and ask for the tools they need. Have you asked your active affiliates what they want? |

or traffic generating and/or getting e mails opened and read tips and strategies that could be used by all Affiliates with web sites regardless if they are new to Affiliate Marketing or a veteran.
Anyone know where I could get those and be free to use them, as well?
