Well, hello.

Mark Harrison here, based somewhere between England and Canada. Not in some bizarre quantum way, nor am I on a plane. It's just that I spend my life between the two, because most of my businesses are in England but I prefer living in Canada Smile

I've been an Internet user since 1989, and set up my first website in 1995 (for my then employer.) I still have the memo (note, not email) from the Director Responsible for Central Services (including IT) asking me to justify why the company should have a website Smile

I've been responsible for several website that sell physical product over the years, but only set up one to earn myself money through affiliate schemes a couple of years ago.

Learnt a bit, made some money, decided that the only way to keep ahead is to NEVER STOP LEARNING, so joined up here, on the basis that Rosalind knows a LOT more than I do!

Regards,

Mark

Hi Mark & Welcome Very Happy

I can certainly relate to that "Never Stop Learning" concept! In fact, just the other morning I was looking at three new programs - testing out this, figuring out that. It was 6:30am (yes, I'm an early bird Laughing ) and my 14yo son comes through as I have my head in my hands... and I say "oh... I am never going to learn all of this in one day!". He taps his stack of six school books and says "Welcome to my world, Mom"

Hello and Welcome Mark!

Other than the financial advantages of continual learning, can you imagine how BORING life would be if we didn't learn something new everyday?

Aargh! Let's not go there! Smile

Happy learning! (and stay dry, Mark).

Cheers,
Ros
