What I have noticed is that CPA seems to go hand-in-hand with product-based websites. I wouldn't want to wait for something to be purchased to be paid, I would rather see money generated in my account when the product sparks someones interest, per click (PPC).
We at Chitika decided to put this to the test & entered the affiliate world in 2005 with (CPC) eMiniMalls, cool interactive product-based ad units. Now with 10,000+ successful users, we found out CPC worked.... even in the product affiliate world.
So now we want to take this concept to a higher level, with a CPC shopping destination, ShopLinc. Do you have Amazon aStore? Chitika ShopLinc is similiar with 3 extra features:
-CPC paid on all merchant listings
-Personalize with your product reviews
-displays product deals from multiple merchants instead of one

We just rolled this out recently. We are testing out the concept and are interested in your thoughts/feedback.
Also what are your thoughts on CPA vs CPC? |
