I just had someone rewrite my home page introduction, etc and would appreciate any feedback on it as to how it reads. Does it sound ok or does it sound like a con? Is it too long, too short or anything else you can think of.
The link is http://www.affiliate-marketing-advantage.com
I'm planning on putting my picture on it in about 2 or 3 weeks once my hair grows back out a bit. I play a lot of golf so I've been going with a short buzz cut for the summer, it's hot down here in Texas.
I look forward to any and all constructive feedback.
Thanks

Greetings Kevin,
Just got this post via IntraViews as I was checking my email before calling it a night.
Visited your website and in my humble opinion, I may be wrong, it doesn't sound like a con to me at all. And, again in my humble opinion, the look of the website is fantastic. There is however, a small eyesore.
Where it says Build a REAL Business, the beginning of the sentence Talk to a successful SBI owner overlaps the border of the table in which it is enclosed. That's about the only thing design wise that sticks out. I am using IE 6.0
Also like the Google Adwords like ads up top.
Anyhow, hope these ramblings are of help to you. LOL
Warmest Regards and Best Wishes

Thanks for the help, I broke a rule. I forgot to test on IE. Usually, if it looks ok on firefox it looks ok on IE. I did a temporary fix for now but will work on a better solution tonight.
Take care, |

Very nicely done site.
Everything looks and reads just fine. My only comments are these:
There are a lot of sites out there which do short reviews of
various affiliate products then offer a list of same to buy.
Or even just offer a list with no real reviews.
What there isn't a lot of is long reviews of products, with the
ugly parts discussed right alongside the good parts. Such as...
"I followed step 4 to the letter and it worked fairly well,
but the author forgot to add this..."
Add that and you might get a pretty loyal following.

| The Perry Marshall link from the review section didn't work for me. The layout is good and I like the navigation. If I was a customer, I'd be dismayed to see that you had not really used PM's tools. Something in your copy suggested that you *thought* it was good but didn't know for certain. And also you weren't sure if he was in Oak Park or Chicago. |

Thanks for the feedback. I changed the thing on PM, to suburb of Chicago and removed the My research tells me part.
I know I haven't bought PM's book yet but I just haven't had the time and money to buy every product that is out there and I don't really want to leave the impression that I have bought and read his book.
He is high on my list of books to buy because everywhere out on the web he is mentioned in an extremely positive way. |

| Thinking out loud here...Does PM offer an affiliate program? If so, I wonder if he'd cut you a deal so you could read the book and become an affiliate? |
