Hi guys,
There is no real way of comparing the two. Xsitepro is a software that help the user create webpages and build a website very quickly and to manage what was build in terms of look and feel. As you say yourself (those who uses Xsitepro, no more frontpage, dreamveawer etc).
SBI is a bundle of services not seen anywhere else online.
I'd say that if your goal is to crank out a bunch of sites, SBI is the wrong way as you do have to pay per site. If you really want to take each site as far as possible online, then SBI is worth the money.
Let me give you a short description of SBI.
What is included,
Domain & Hosting
---------------------
* Domain Name registration
* Web site hosting
* Powerful Graphic tools
* point and click site building
* Easy blogging
Marketing Tools
------------------
* Brainstorming and Researsching
This is an inhouse application, hosted, that uses very advanced technology to pull info from overture/google/wordtracker and a lot more to create all kinds of lists with keywords to be used for page/theme related building. This is an amazing piece of art actually.
* Electronic Newsletter Publishing
* Spamcheck
* Open Rate
* Traffic stats & Click analysis
Traffic Building
-----------------
* Search Engine Optimization, with live analysis of each page on your request.
* Automatic Search Engine submission. Complete according to each search engines rules.
* Automatic Search Engine Tracking
* Automatic Search Engine Ranking
* Ranking Reports for Directories
* Pay-per-Click Researche & Mass bidding
* 4 Traffic headquarters with more tools
A bunch of other tools, actions guides, fast track guides, tips and techniques.
Special Tools
---------------
* Form build it / Autoresponder
* Link Fix it
* Webmail
* Value Exchange. Helps you find link partners and handle it all.
Add to this automatic google sitemaps, yahoo sitemaps, autoblogging, span and virus protection, name parking, over 60+ site templates and a long list of other stuff.
SBI sites can be built by using the integrated sitebuilding or by using (any) web design tool. So I guess one would even be able to create the webpages with Xsitepro and host them on SBi to make good use of all the included logic!
I know of no other tool the can even come close and I'we seen them all.
But the old saying "use the right tool" still applies.
Kenth
Ps. I'm not selling SBI, just trying to give you usable information. You can check it our yourself at http://www.sitesell.com (not an affiliate link) |

Hi All,
Here's a resource on the NPT site that will let you browse the Site Build iT! site to compare its features with Yahoo! Web Hosting Pro, Verisign Web Business Expert and Microsoft bCentral Professional, or take a quick tour, and listen to a seminar with Ken Evoy - why do I always want to spell his name eVoy?
Site Build iT!
Cheers,

So far, so excellent! Once I've fully explored its capabilities, I'll report my findings to you. My immediate response however, is that it will probably replace Homesite in my arsenal... no more HTML tweaking... Hurray!
If you can't wait for my report, check out XSitePro now.

Hi Rosalind,
I'm new to your forum but not to your techniques. I bought the Super Affiliate Handbook last year and found it to be very helpful.
I would like to find out what your opinion of xsitepro is so far.
I've been doing affiliate marketing for the past 5 years and have been using MS FrontPage to build my sites. |

Hello Southwest,
For someone who has been using FrontPage for 5 years, I think you'd find XSitePro a very welcome step up in the right direction.
However, I'd also want you to consider using a content management system such as Drupal, Joomla, Mambo Open Source, PHP-Nuke or any of the others that come installed on hosts that offer a CPanel interface with Fantastico.
CMS removes the need for uploading which truly is Fantastico!
Learn more in the Build Your Web Site section.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,

I'm using XsitePro for several of my sites and think it's terrific. That includes their excellent support... every support ticket I've created has received a response, which doesn't happen on some of the mega-biggies' websites. They've even put in some new features I suggested.
Buy it and be happy! |
