|
|
Often times, depending on the website, quite a number
feature a legal disclaimer at the foot of the website.
The question regarding this issue is whether or not
an individual goes to a particular website to access
this information and then adds it to their website or
does a person contact some sort of an attorney?
It is very important to do things correctly from the begin-
ning without being held legally liable for some sort of legal
infraction.
If anyone could provide any information regarding the adding
of the legal disclaimer to the website it would be appreciated.
Respectfully,
Sir Richard

A cheaper alternative to hiring someone to write you legal documents is:
http://www.autoweblaw.com/
I haven't used the product personally, but it's recommended by Jimmy D. Brown which is thumbs up in my books. |
