Yes. Yes. Wooop. Wooop. Just made first commission from our website - a massive £1.32 but it's amazing how good it feels. This time next year............. Still would be very happy to receive any feedback on our site and its content if anyone feels the urge.
Pete.

Nice one!
Can't wait for my first commission, even 50p would be validation enough lol (course, 50k would be a much nicer amount of validation lol)
Incidently, what kinds of promo methods did ya use?
Cheers,
-Mark |

Hi Pete,
You site is beautiful. Now to sell more I think you should start to focus on your USP (Unique Sales Proposition). What makes your site different or better than others selling the same products? Do you have very low prices? Can they find things on your site that are difficult to find elsewhere? Why should they bookmark your site and come back to it?
I would also put a sign-up form for your news letter on your home page and give people a good reason to sign up for it. Most people will visit your site; look at some products than leave without buying. Maybe they are looking for a better deal or to buy from a company they already trust. By getting them on your list you can build a rapport with them and bring them back to your site or blog over and over.
Just my opinion, hope it helps, |

awesome job. You're not going to start making the big bucks right away. It'll take some time. You'll just see that commission rising, and rising |

Hi all,
I MUST agree! A newsletter signup on every page of a site is absolutely
necessary and will increase those commissions considerably.
Cheers,
