Hi all,
I'm looking to sell a product through clickbank but I'm a bit unsure as to how refunds work.
Would a refund request require any intervention from me or is it an automatic process?
Cheers,
-Mark

| I believe the refunds are handled by clickbank alone. I requested a refund on something that turned out to be a poor Google Cash knock-off that volunteered me for a paid recurring monthly membership that I didn't agree to. Clickbank was quick to refund my cash and I didn't have to deal with the original vendor at all... (not that I had a choice, they were completely unavailable) |

Hi Mark,
Actually, the customer is responsible for contacting you, the seller, to request a refund.
You then forward the request to Clickbank.
Clickbank will however honor a customer's request for refund... but it's always better if they come to you directly, so you can get a little feedback from them about why they are making the request.
Cheers,
