I agree. I would go to about 5 a year.
It seems that you have to be able to go to the US if you want to hear anyone speak BUT there is hope on the horizon. Robert Puddy is putting on a seminar near Birmingham (yes there is a world outside of London) in September. I have already signed up for it, speakers include Mike Filsaime, Joel Comm, Michel Fortin and several more. More info here:

I have also recently heard that Yanik silver is planning an underground seminar in London in September. Details will be announced around May.

Things may be looking up for us Brits, we must support these people who are brave enough to try and then maybe more will come. We are an untapped niche that is desperate to spend our money!

This is the email I had from him. I am not going to be in the UK at the time

Have you received your free ticket yet?

I've been going over my guest list for my upcoming Internet Millionaire's Protégé Bootcamp in London, and I didn't see your name.

So I just wanted to ask... can you make it?

Like I mentioned in the e-mail I sent you earlier, I'm coming back to London on May 27th and 28th for an Internet marketing strategy session, and I'd like you to join me.

I'll be stepping out from "behind the curtain" to reveal how I became Corey's #1 protégé -- and worked behind the scenes to help him grow $25 into $54,700,000 -- with NO formal marketing background and NO college degree!

During this seminar, I'll be showing you what I do to make millions of dollars with our company, and demonstrating how to mimic, model, and outright steal some of our most profitable marketing strategies and apply them to YOUR new or growing Internet business!

... And the best part? It won't cost you a cent to attend!

Anyway, I don't want to rush you, Bev, but the room for this event is filling up FAST! In fact, I doubt that I'll have many free tickets left by the weekend...

So if you want to come, you need to register today! Just visit: http://www.marketingtips.com/london

If the page is gone when you get there, sorry, but that means the event is sold out.

Bev, my mum was a huge fan of Corey, and she also got that email. Trouble is, Derek's conference is when we are in Florida! I have checked out the Birmingham one though and it sounds good - first of September, and I think about $450 per person, which is not bad. I am looking forward to the Affiliate Summit in Vegas in January though. I've researched the hotels and some of them even have themeparks inside them - they are huge!

I went to Derek Gehl's first BootCamp in London last December. It was OK but not spectacular. For free it was definately worth the money. Not sure there was much content there that I hadn't gleaned from elsewhere though. Big sales pitch at the end of each day. Dinner was inedible, went and found a Fish & Chip shop later. Met a few nice folks. A reasonable first experience. I expect to get a lot more from these next 2 UK events though and I promise myself to put myself about a bit and network more. Already arranged a meet with some other folk from John Resses forum.
