Hey Mike,

Here's something I learned the hard way: anything that is "cookie cutter" won't work - if it did - everyone would do it and make millions...
The best way to go is to build your own unique sites, ebooks, autoresoponders, etc....That being said, you can take someone else's things and "work on them" untill they become your own.

These sites are "interesting" I bought them ages ago before reading Ros' book on ebay for £1.99 which is like $3 so no big deal. My logic was it would give me some idea what was going into certain types of sites without having to spend ages on the internet. At that time we were on a very slow dial up which didn't always work, so to be able to do this offline had it advantages.
Some of the articels are good others are total rubbish the english is terrible and the article has nothing to do with the theme of the site. My dh has taken one of the sites and read through all the articles deciding which ones to use, written some extra ones and used it as a basis for a travel site that he is building. It was good in the sense that it gave him a lot of articles to start the site with while he is writing his own articles.
But don't believe that these sites are one off because they are all very much the same. Interesting that a number of guru's are trying to sell them as a great new idea.

Hi again,

Bev, forgive my ignorance, but what's a 'dh'? Designated hitter? Dear husband? Smile

I agree that some of this stuff is complete rubbish, whilst others are pretty good.

You really do need to go through each article and add your own voice.

It's a pleasure for me to read how many affiliate marketers are actually 'getting' that concept now.

Cheers,
Ros

Ros you had it right about dh = dear husband or darling husband or sometimes it can be well I leave that to your imagination.

I also can't believe how many people think these websites which cost just a few dollars are going to make them millionaires.

Bev
