Are mini sites a good idea for me?

My web site covers a multitude of subjects and I think it may be too cumbersome. So I 'm thinking of breaking it up into mini-sites using xsite Pro which i found on this forum. Another reason for doing so is that My main site is an SBI site which doessn't support FTP and only accepts the . html extension.
My site is growing steadily but far too slowly. My link ranking and Alexa are OK but I'm only getting about 100 visitors per day. So I've curtailed my attempts to use affiliates and have put Adsense on hold.

Yup, it's tough trying to be everything to everyone. I think breaking your site up into smaller niche sites would be a good idea in this case.

Once you've done that, choose a niche in which you are particularly interested and work on that site first. Find some programs, add a blog and then maybe some Adsense for those pages which aren't actual product endorsement pages.
