After reading all the stuff about internet business (affiliate marketing), Boy do I feel DUMBER THAN A DEAD MULE It seems so overwhelming, but is there like some recommendations i could get. Like all I want to do right now is just start with one affiliate program, just to make a few bucks and see how it works before I spend massive amounts o´money. Is there like chronological steps to take, web-site, domain name, etc... any input will help...

First off, have you read the rest of the content on this website? There's a lot of good, free information available.

Secondly, do you have a copy of the Super Affiliate Handbook? The answers to your questions are already answered in it.

Thirdly, my next recommendation is the Affiliate Business Blueprint. Much easier to digest as it's in audio format, but I'd advise you to get a copy of the Super Affiliate Handbook and read that first because the two are a great combination to own.
