Rose-
I really enjoy your newsletter. In the latest issue you mentioned that ClickBank IDs could be stolen. Could you elaborate? If someone snatches my ID from the Address Bar, how does that harm me?
Thank you,

For starters, it means that your ID could be replaced with someone elses ID.
Let's say I visit the link, see the affiliate ID in the address and decide that I could help myself to a discount on the sale by replacing the existing affiliate ID with my own before purchasing. That would mean than the original affiliate wouldn't get any commission, but I would because I would have purchased through my own affiliate ID instead.
This could, as explained above, lose commissions for affiliates, which in turn may put them off promoting the product. |

Hi Ros,
I wonder if using www.TinyURL.com would help solve that problem? I use it and it pretty much takes whatever link I put into it and creates a totally new and shorter version of it. I absolutely love it!! I learned of that kewl site and tip from Mike Brescia. The www.ThinkRightNow.com guy.
Cheers!
Audrey
