Not sure if this is the appropriate place, but ...
The March 8 issue of NPT byebye925 refers me to a link for a FREE subscription that eventually asks for a credit card number.
No thanks.
I have *never* trusted "free" offers that require a CC#, and I never will.
Also, that same issue has a bunch of blind links under the heading "More resources ..." I don't click blindly.

Hello Richard,
Thanks much for your comment, and apologies for my late reply.
Can you please expand on the 'blind links' that you mentioned?
Regarding access to the Internet Marketing Center's "Secrets to Their Success" site.. it is indeed free with that link if you supply your credit card information.
I agree that it seems odd --- until you understand how it works.
You get the first month free and if by the end of the first month you decide that you like the service that they offer, they will start charging you the month rate for the subscription.
Perhaps it would be better if they said 'first month free' or something like that?
I don't know.
What I do know is that I find the success stories very inspirational and of value to me as an Internet entrepeneur and marketer. Unfortunately, I don't have control over their marketing tactics, but I do find it good enough to both subscribe to and promote.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Ros |
