Great look to your site...A high quality, proffesional look.

I'm no expert, but I'd take out the word 'STUFF' from the navagation bar and just go with 'Diet' and Fitness' - it doesn't have the proffesional ring to it that the site design looks like its promoting. Also I'd change the 'Additional Items' (kinda boring) to something like 'Extras' or 'Beauty' to intice people to look.

How are you getting people to your site?

You are going to need to optimize for search engines which it looks like you haven't done.
You are going to need a links page and get links to your site. This will help with page rank.

Go to http://www.seoelite.com and sign up for his free lessons. It was an eye opener for me and helped ( I am Not affiliated with this site, don't get anything from this and I didn't buy the product becuase you can do it yourself ). You'll get a popup window asking for your e-mail. It's all a sales pitch, but the info is invaluable.
