Hello Michael,
It's obvious that you have been working hard! Well done!
I'd make two observations...
I'd recommend removing those 'other' (and leaky) links on the bottom of your homepage. You don't want your visitors to arrive and then immediately leave to see someone else's work.
Secondly, eventually you might want to consider categorizing your marketing courses to make it easier for your visitors to find products that they are looking for.
