Notification of replies - include the reply?

Great forum Ros,
When we get notified that a reply is in one of the forums we posted in, we just get the link and are forced to browse back to the forum. Most other forums provide the actual reply in the email.

Is it possible to get the text of the reply in the notification email in addition to the link? Then we can choose to surf or just a quick read of the email.

That's ONE way to get your affiliate link in there! What a guy! LOL

I've just enabled 'email via the board' which is the only option I see that may give you what you're asking for.

If it's not, and anyone knows what I have to do to include the text of the reply in the notification email... please let me know.

even better would be an option I see in other forums. It's a 'CP user' option. It's a user control panel, where you can change all your info, and to the right it has all your subscribed threads. Everytime someone replies to one of your subscribed threads, that thread goes to the top of the list.

I find that's the best forum option I've seen. I don't know if your forum software supports that, but if it does it would be great to add it.
