Hello Rosalind!

Nice new look to the board! Cool

Was reading the new "Welcome to NPT Forum" post and got a little confused on the following (in red):

Catch 22? Shocked (Lemme see if I can find Yossarian, he might clear this up, LOL! (Curse my anal-retention! Razz ))

Hello Ros!

Sorry about the A/R. . .thanks for fixing the catch 22!

(But now I have to log in to be able to view the "Newbies Corner". All other forum sections can be accessed without logging in. Is this just me? Am I not "noobie" enough anymore?** Sad Laughing I tried from 2 different (isolated) computers. . .no joy. . .(A/R strikes again Rolling Eyes))

L-n-L from yer M-o-D,

Griff

** Embarassed . . .Thank you for the recent mention. . . Embarassed

Problem solved. You can now View (see the posts list) and Read the posts without being logged in. All other actions require logging in.

I never realized that issue because I have my login set to automatically log me in every visit from any computer I happen to be using at the time. Very Happy

Enjoy

Not for me, I know the thread is unblocked, but I still can't access it without loggin on. I'm not sure what the cause is and I have cleared my cache, etc. *scratches head*, but I'll keep digging. . .

I access the forum from different places (PC's) at different times and not all those PC's are mine, therefore I try to see if there are new posts to be addressed when I can get to MY pc, where log in is automated.

Thanks for your help!

Griff

p.s. Congratulations are in order too! Glad to see you included in the latest round of forum improvements! Great call by the NPT Team! Very Happy

p.p.s. 'DOH! Having changed my profile, I cannot access ANY threads without logging on. (Maybe this is a "Beasta" caveat. . .I'm still negotiating with Beasta to have it operate on MY Twisted Evil terms, heh, heh!)

Looks like all the topics were reset so they can only be accessed when logged in. You can view the topic headings, but must log in to read/write/reply to messages.

Just edit the image and put your smiling face in place of the yellow smiley! Surely you'll stand head & shoulders above the crowd! Laughing

Griff

. . .and thanks again!. . .
