I just saw that Clickbank just updated their website. The site looks pretty good. It's a real improvement from what they had. I just dont know what took them so long. The old site really looked its age.
I have only had a chance to go though it a little bit, but already there is one thing that I dont like.
When you sign in, you are presented with your states page, and a tabbed navigation on top. That all good, but I would think, that there would be a promote products tab there as well, since other than look for money made, affiliates generally want to check out new products at the same time...
Instead, from the states page, you have to click on the home page logo, and there you will find the promote products tab, then toward the bottom of page is one small link to the marketplace.
It took me a while to see it. It's not hidden, but it's definitely not obvious. I really hope they update this.
Anyway that's about all I looked at. Anyone else check it out yet? |

Hi Greg,
At least you were able to log in! I've been trying since Friday evening, had 3 new passwords sent and still no luck, even AFTER I ditched my cookies and old files.
Of course, they actually take the weekend off, so I have to wait until tomorrow before I can call them and find out how to access my stats.
What a P.O.!! :-/
As to making an interface or design clunky, Clickbank is really good at that!
Cheers,
Ros |

Rosalind, sorry to here that your having problems with their system. You would think that they would at least have someone there on Sat. and all weekend during an upgrade.
While I am on the subject of Clickbank, I have a question for you or whoever can answer this. As an affiliate, is there anyway to capture the email address of your buyers of clickbank product.
The only thing I can find is CBExtract, which seems to be for merchants only.
Thanks

| I have my ebook in their marketplace. I wish they would allow for a longer description. |
