Hi ya all,

I'm paco from Sarawak (located on the beautiful tropical island of Borneo), Malaysia.

I'm new to this forum although I've been reading Ros' blogs for quite sometime now. By the way, hi Ros Very Happy

Something about myself - I studied in Kingston and Peterborough (Ontario) Canada long time ago (1983 to 1987). Currently still working in an oil and gas company here at home.

Hopefully, I'll be able to learn more about internet marketing here to supplement my other projects for my early retirement from J.O.B.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome Paco!

Early retirement from a j.o.b. in Borneo would be complete heaven. So far, Borneo is my #1 favorite vacation spot ... next to my own backyard of course. Smile

Enjoy your time here on NPT.

Cheers,
Ros

Hi Ros,

Thanks for your welcome to this forum.

Hey, it's good to know that you like Borneo so much. It surely is a heaven to be retiring here...political situation (leadership incompetency) aside, lol. It's Summer all year long except for seasonal showers between the month of November to March.

What am I trying to learn here? One thing for sure is...I want to convert all my hobbies into niches that will be monetized. The other would be tips on building or copywriting content for those niches (surely on different websites or wordpress blogs). Next... tips on building traffic, preselling and monetization.

I've read about your success story at Derek Gehl's IMC, too. That's inspiring.

One thing I would not let anyone stand in my way would be to maintain the process flow of doing what I love (any hobby), make money out of it, then do more of what I love...and the process shall be duplicated over and over.

That would surely be living in another heaven where there's no work but play all the time...yes, doing what you love doesn't feel like working at all even though it's tough like rowing your canoe in Lake Okenogan to catch that King Bass that your fellow anglers were talking about...

Thanks.
