I am subscribed to a newsletter but the last few days have been frustrating they sent out an email then another because the link was broken and then another and finally I had 10 emails within a short period.
The straw which brought the camel's back was when they sent an email saying that the other emails which promoted something was rubbish and forget all the other ones go to this new link because it is good, and then the cycle of emails about broken links etc.
Enough was enough and I decided to unsubscribe. I clicked on the link and was redirected to awber had the choice of subscribe or unsibscribe. I selected unsubscribe and clicked and then got a message saying no changes had been made. Tried again and again with the same message.
Help what is happening here? I dont use awber so not ideas there. I will sign up one day |

| Bev, I don't know what is going wrong here. Aweber are usually excellent. I would go to their site and submit a query - they respond very quickly. And you need aweber - you have quite a few sites now, and it is the best autoresponder on the market. |
