Dear Ms Gardner
How fortunate for me this morning to get your newsletter. I launched my first ebook last night. I know that having affiliates sell the book is a must and your warning about affiliate commission theft was a blessing this AM.
I'm not totally new to internet marketing, but I'm ignorant of just how we can protect our affiliates. You mentioned using a redirect; can you please tell me the nuts and bolts of the "how to"?

Good morning Dennis,
I'm glad to hear that my article/newsletter was beneficial to you.
I'll be posting a detailed how-to regarding what CB merchants can do to protect their affiliates from commission theft in the next week or so.
I'd do it now... but my flight is leaving in about 10 minutes... off to the UNDERGROUND!
