Why I Bought Joel Comm’s Instant Resale Templates

The amounts listed represent the approximate value of each component and in my experience, many of those are low.
For example, Joel includes 500 New PLR Articles which he values at $3,000.00. I don’t know where he gets good articles for $6 a pop, because in my experience it costs at least $10 to get a ghostwriter to write a semi-decent article and then you still have to do some rewriting to make the article presentable.
Too, I’ve spent $250 and more for developer editions of Wordpress templates, which includes a licence that allows me to use the template on more than one site. Joel values his Wordpress templates at $25 each and not only can you use them more than once, you can resell them.
I’ve paid more than twice as much as Joel is selling the whole Instant Resale Templates package for, AND it includes resale rights… AND there’s a whole lot to be made in reselling ‘chunks’ of a package.
All in all, I thought it was a great deal and will be even after the price goes up later on today. (See note below).

Yes i received an e-mail about this yesterday afternoon.
I think the problem with these templates is that some people don’t understand it’s just a starting point, you have to customize it and Optimise it to make any decent returns on it.
I’ve seen loads of template packs but this one seems to be the largest and most varied i’ve come across.

I also bought this package, on your recomendation, but there was no indication ANYWHERE of how I would recieve delivery. Most items purchased on the ‘net’ are a download, but there was none, nor any in email or otherwise. (Don’t worry, I want the product and believe in both Ros and Joel.)
This is an awesome deal obviously Joel is hoping to make it up on the up sells.
Can’t wait to get the dvd.

There is a thread over at the Warrior Forum wherein it was revealed that Joel is RECALLING the few DVD’s that have shipped to correct copyright infringement issues that were raised by someone over at the forum.
I’m mentioning this here since this is where I first learned of the package and like others, I also purchased it. I’m glad someone had the common sense to look into the legality of the package.
Are there in videos to explain exactly how to go by using these packages especially for newbies
Rosalind how are you getting on with Joel Comms Resale Templates. Are you using them and/or have you sold any resale rights ?
The Templates I bought are now pretty much useless with the latest wordpress themes. Plus I have no idea on how to get the header image centered.

You’re right and that’s why the product is no longer available. Technology progresses and unless a product is continually updated, it may go the way of the dodo. That’s why I prefer professional wordpress themes like StudioPress and Woo. These guys support their products over the long haul.
